Rights that may apply
Ask whether Hilho processes your personal data and receive a copy, subject to the rights of others.
Correct personal data that is inaccurate or complete information that is incomplete.
Ask for deletion where the data is no longer needed or another legal condition applies.
Ask us to limit processing while accuracy, lawfulness or an objection is considered.
Receive eligible data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time, without affecting earlier lawful use.
Challenge a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. Hilho is not designed to make such decisions.

Send a request
You can directly edit or remove a saved communication profile from My communication profile. Removing the profile does not delete previous conversation analyses; those remain under your history until you delete them or the account.
Email hilho@hilho.com from the address connected to your account where possible. Include:
- your name and account email;
- the right you want to exercise;
- enough detail to locate the relevant data; and
- the country you live in, so we can apply the correct law.
03
Identity checks and timing
We may ask for information needed to confirm identity, but we will not request more than necessary. Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month. We may extend that period for a complex request and will explain why. Requests are generally free, although a manifestly unfounded or excessive request may be handled as the law permits.
04
If someone submitted your messages
Tell us what happened and provide enough information to identify the relevant submission without sending a full copy of a sensitive conversation unless necessary. Registered-user analysis history is stored in encrypted form until the user deletes the item or account, so an account email, approximate date and limited identifying context may help us locate it. Uploaded image and PDF files are not retained in history. We will also investigate any available provider or security records.
05
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. In Latvia, complaints may be submitted to the Data State Inspectorate. You may instead contact the authority in the EEA country where you live, work or believe a violation occurred.
