What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Similar technologies can remember a session, protect a service or help a third-party sign-in flow work.

What Hilho currently uses

Strictly necessary. Keeps an authenticated account signed in and helps protect access.

Up to 7 days
hilho_trial

Strictly necessary for the optional one-time public demo. It holds a random browser token so Hilho can prevent repeat demo use; it does not contain a conversation, name or email.

Google Identity technologies

Used by Google only if you choose Google sign-in. Google may set or read its own authentication and security data.

_ga and _ga_*

Optional Google Analytics identifiers used to distinguish visits and understand aggregate use of Hilho. They are set only after you allow analytics and are not used to send conversation or payment content.

hilho_analytics_consent

A browser-storage preference recording whether you allowed or declined optional analytics, so Hilho can respect your choice.

Until changed or cleared

Hilho does not use advertising cookies. Google signals and advertising storage are disabled. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent where the applicable law provides that exemption.

Your controls

You can allow, decline or later withdraw optional analytics through the Cookie settings button shown on Hilho. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie will prevent account sign-in from working. You can avoid Google's sign-in technology by using email authentication.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics is not loaded before you make a choice. Declining analytics does not reduce Hilho functionality. If Hilho introduces personalisation or advertising technologies in the future, this policy will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested separately.
